Artist's Description

Pont au Change, Paris, France. The Pont au Change is a bridge over the Seine River in Paris, France. Several bridges have stood on this site. It was named for the goldsmiths and money changers who had installed their shops on an earlier version of the bridge in the 12th century. The current bridge was constructed from 1858 to 1860, during the reign of Napoleon III, and bears his imperial insignia. Black and white version. October 2013

About Pamela Newcomb

Pamela Newcomb

Welcome to my gallery! I am the proud owner and creator of Pamorama Photography®, a Southern California photography business. I often combine photography with travel and outdoor activities.
